It is a loss when the stop is hit before Target 1.
Win rate counts only primary signals at B tier and above. Every closed trade is included — wins and losses — so the number reflects real outcomes, not a selected subset.
This is the directional signal outcome, measured on the underlying stock or ETF — not the profit or loss on any options contract.
